As a senior AI architect, I support Materna SE in integrating artificial intelligence into the public sector and industry. I also served as an Adjunct Data Privacy and Ethics Professor at the University of Nicosia.<br>Previously, I led the Data Analytics and AI department at Materna SE. I hold a Ph.D. in AI\/ML from the University of Bonn and Fraunhofer IAIS, where I specialized in probabilistic modeling and pedestrian dynamics. My research focuses on the tractable probabilistic modeling and prediction of spatio-temporal data, proactive situation-aware control, and privacy in distributed location-aware applications. I have published extensively in international conferences and journals, including ECML\/PKDD, IEEE Big Data, and others.
